J Trust Consulting Indonesia Announces Employee’s Participation in an International Kendo Tournament as Indonesia’s Representative
May 2026 ― PT J TRUST CONSULTING Indonesia (hereinafter referred to as “JTCI”) is pleased to announce that our employee, Gelar Saladin Swasoko (hereinafter referred to as “the employee”), participated in The 1st Asia Oceania Kendo Championships (1AOKC) as a representative of Indonesia. The tournament was held at Nippon Budokan in Tokyo, Japan, from May 28 to May 31, 2026.
The employee’s participation in this international competition is the result of many years of dedicated commitment and continuous training in kendo. It was also a great honor for our company to support this opportunity. As a traditional Japanese martial art, kendo emphasizes not only technical excellence but also courtesy, perseverance, self-discipline, and character development.
Bringing together athletes and participants from around the world, the tournament served not only as a venue for competitive excellence but also as a valuable opportunity to foster international exchange and gain exposure to diverse cultures and perspectives. For the employee, competing on the international stage provided a meaningful opportunity for learning, personal growth, and professional development.
Although the competition did not result in a victory, we believe that representing Indonesia and courageously competing on the international stage is, in itself, a significant achievement. The experience and lessons gained through this challenge constitute valuable assets that transcend the outcome of any single match.
At JTCI, we place great importance on human resource development and employee growth. We actively support our employees in pursuing self-improvement and embracing new challenges, including activities outside the workplace. The discipline, perseverance, and commitment to continuous improvement cultivated through kendo are qualities that hold great value in the business environment and contribute directly to the growth of each individual.
We would like to express our sincere respect and appreciation for the employee’s dedication, hard work, and willingness to take on this challenge. We hope that the experience gained through this competition will serve as a foundation for even greater achievements in the future. We also hope that this endeavor will inspire other employees to pursue new goals and opportunities with confidence.
JTCI remains committed to fostering an environment in which every employee can develop their abilities across various fields and continue to grow both professionally and personally.
