Overseas Talent Consulting
In response to the issues of the declining birthrate and aging population faced by regional companies in Japan, we are providing consultations on overseas talent through local Japanese banks. J Trust Consulting has partnered with Indonesian government-certified sending organizations that offer Japanese language education, cultural and life education, as well as practical training tailored to specific industries, to meet the demand for overseas talent in Japan. Additionally, through our partner sending organizations, we also facilitate job placements for overseas talent, leveraging the J Trust Group's network to introduce human resources from local regional banks in Japan.
