Jakarta – PT J Trust Consulting Indonesia held its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) on April 22, 2021. The AGM was attended by Mr. Takeshi Ikeda as President Director, Mr. Ryo Nagahama as Director, Mr. Tomohide Takayama as Commissioner, and Ms. Annisa Ulul Albab as the minutes taker. The AGM discussed, among other things,

1. Ratification and approval of the Company’s Financial Statements and Operational Activities for the 2020 Financial Year;
2. Appointment of a Public Accounting Firm to audit the Company’s Financial Statements, which will expire on December 31, 2021;
3. Appointment of members of the Board of Directors and Commissioners for the 2021-2022 term;
4. Granting authority to members of the Board of Commissioners to determine the remuneration of members of the Board of Directors and members of the Board of Commissioners

Based on the agenda, the following were agreed upon:

1. Ratification of the Company’s Financial Statements and the Company’s Operational Activity Report for the 2020 Financial Year.
2. Ratification of the 2020 Financial Statements audited by the Public Accounting Firm Husni & Rasidi and ratification of the appointment of the Public Accounting Firm to the members of the Board of Commissioners.

Appointment of Mr. Tomohide Takayama as a Commissioner of the Company, and appointment of Mr. Takeshi Ikeda as the Company’s President Director and Mr. Ryo Nagahama as a Director of the Company. In addition, Mr. Kohsuke Nishiuchi was appointed as the new Director for the 2021-2022 term, effective as of the closing of the AGMS.
